By accessing this website, visiting our store, or placing an order through our Saucey storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products from The Green Leaf.

All products sold by The Green Leaf are restricted to persons 21 years of age or older. Age is verified during Saucey checkout via government-issued photo ID upload, and again by the delivery driver upon arrival. Misrepresentation of age may result in order cancellation, delivery refusal, account suspension, and reporting to applicable Texas authorities.

Our catalog includes tobacco, vaping devices and e-liquid, kratom, CBD, hemp-derived Delta products, hookah and shisha, glass, wraps and papers, nicotine pouches, and cigars. All products are sold for lawful use only. Inventory is subject to availability and may change without notice. The Green Leaf reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

Online orders are processed and fulfilled through Saucey, an independent third-party platform. The Green Leaf is not responsible for Saucey's pricing, terms, payment processing, delivery delays, or service interruptions. Disputes related to Saucey orders should be directed to Saucey support. See Saucey's Terms of Service for their policies.

Prices displayed on this website are informational and may differ from in-store or Saucey pricing. Final pricing, taxes, and applicable fees are confirmed at Saucey checkout. The Green Leaf reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Local delivery is available only to the cities listed on our Delivery page, all within an 18-mile radius of our Wylie, TX location. A valid government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery. Delivery will be refused if the recipient cannot verify they are 21 or older. Refused deliveries are subject to restocking and may not be refundable.

You may not: attempt to purchase products if you are under 21; resell our products without authorization; use products for any illegal purpose; scrape, copy, or republish site content; or submit false or altered identification documents at any point in the ordering or delivery process.

The Green Leaf makes no warranties regarding the products of third-party manufacturers or third-party platforms such as Saucey. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or products purchased from us is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Wylie, Texas.

The Green Leaf may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
